Could Your Business Help Influence Future Training and Hiring Programs?
The Far Northeast Training Board is reminding employers that time is running out to complete its regional workforce survey.
The survey is gathering feedback from businesses and organizations across Northeastern Ontario on employee recruitment, training, and retention challenges. The results will help create a local labour market snapshot and guide future employment and training services in the region.
Organizers say employer feedback is critical to ensuring workforce programs align with real business needs, support local hiring efforts, and help develop the skills employers are looking for.
The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and businesses that participate will be entered into a draw to win a prize basket valued at more than $150.
If your business has struggled with hiring, retaining staff, or finding skilled workers, this is an opportunity to help shape solutions for the future.
We’re always looking to highlight local business, events and stories in the area. If you would like a spotlight on your business then Apply Here.

If you are a coach of a team that would like to have their team scores and highlight shared with the community please reach out to [email protected] and lets connect.
