Today We Run for Terry

Today, people in Temiskaming Shores will join communities across Canada in carrying Terry Fox's Marathon of Hope forward.

The Temiskaming Shores-New Liskeard Terry Fox Run takes place today, September 20, raising money for cancer research and continuing the mission Terry began more than four decades ago.

If the run slipped off your radar this year, you can still be part of the day by supporting a local participant or making a donation through the community's Terry Fox fundraising page.

And for those already registered, today is about much more than the distance covered. It's a chance to run or walk in memory of someone, support someone facing cancer or simply help continue what Terry started in 1980.

More than 45 years later, his message remains remarkably simple: every contribution matters.

If you are a coach of a team that would like to have their team scores and highlight shared with the community please reach out to [email protected] and lets connect.
