Musicfest Returns To Sutton Bay

Four days of live country and rock music are coming to the shores of Lake Temiskaming, and there's still time to make a weekend of it.

Sutton Bay Park's Musicfest returns from July 23 to 26, bringing together a lineup of local and regional performers including Almost Bon Jovi, 132 Reasons, Julie Duguay and the Northwest Country Band, The County, North of Quiet, Open Road, The Allaire Boys, Simon Rivard, and Similar Interest.

For those who don't want the music to end when the final song is played, both rough camping and sites with hydro are still available, giving visitors the chance to turn Musicfest into a full summer getaway.

Food will be available throughout the event, with Whiskeyjack Beer Co. providing beverages in the concert area. Outside drinks will not be permitted inside the concert area.

The weekend will also include an omelette brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings, giving campers and visitors another reason to stick around between performances.

Camping can be booked online through Sutton Bay Park or by calling 705-647-8510.

Grab your camping gear, bring your dancing shoes, and get ready for four days of live music by the lake.
